A busy few weeks…
We have had a wonderful few weeks in Norway. President Hill has been doing interviews and as always, we have loved our visits with the missionaries.
MLC and a drive in the country…
We had a wonderful Mission Leadership meeting on Friday. We are grateful for our Zone Leaders and Sister Training Leaders and their love and devotion to our mission.
Welcoming new missionaries…goodbye Elder Jefferies
We welcomed 3 new missionaries to the Norway Oslo Mission on Tuesday afternoon. We look forward to this day for many months! Welcoming Elder Pfeifer, Sister Olaveson and Elder Martineau with the assistants. After a good nights sleep they are ready for a little training.. ************************************** Elder Jefferies has completed his service as a missionary in the Norway Oslo Mission….
Visitors and Easter week…
We are always thrilled when our children and grandchildren come to visit. We had a wonderful few days with our daughter Renee and her daughters Kylee and Summer. Easter dinner at the mission home.
Zone Leader Training…
A wonderful two weeks of Zone Leader Training! First stop Drammen and the Telemark Zone. On to Trondheim and The North Zone… The following week we traveled to Stavanger…The Vestlandet Zone… And finally the Østlandet Zone… We are blessed to have been called to serve with these wonderful missionaries in Norway!
Family visit….
We were thrilled to welcome our son, daughter in law and their children to Norway. They joined us in Bergen for a day and then we traveled to Oslo together. What a sweet reunion! March 18th….Our Oslo missionaries, members and nonmembers meet on Saturday morning to play Norwegian football (american soccer) together. We have loved serving with the Brostrom’s. They have served the missionaries and members in Norway wonderfully. For 22 months, we have shared Friday date nights together. First Transfer Training…
