First Transfer Training…

March 3, 2017Søster Hill8 comments

We always look forward to having our newer missionaries come with their companions for First Transfer Training (the best two days!). These missionaries arrived in Norway in December and January. They are always excited to see companions and friends from the MTC. Our wonderful assistants help with the planning and teaching. It was a fast and furious few days and we loved every minute.

Bottom left….Elder Morgan, Elder Christian, Elder Rumsey, Elder Mitchell, Elder McIntire, Sister Horgmo, and Sister Reid. Top left…Elder Dial, Elder Brooks, Elder McEntire, Elder Bleggi, and Elder Wandtke. It was cold outside!

Pancake breakfast with Elder Hill on the grill!

Our new missionaries…Sister Horgmo, Elder Christian, Elder Brooks, Elder Morgan, and Elder Rumsey.

Leaving the Institue Center/Office. We are off to the mission home for dinner.

Elder and Sister Brostrom making a pizza run….

The Asker STL’s (Sister Etchells and Sister Dransfield) joined us to help teach and stayed for lunch….

Elder McIntire and Elder McEntire were in the same MTC group. They have not seen each other since arriving in Norway 17 months ago.

And they’re off!!!

Thank you for showing us pictures of these wonderful missionaries! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of them. It is so wonderful for a mom to see a happy missionary, it makes my heart happy! Give hugs to Eldste McEntire – he’s one of our favorites!

As I look at those sweet missionary faces, I can’t help but see the glow of the spirit in their countenance. Thanks for being such amazing stewards over them.
