Thursday was day #2 with Elder Herland. We love these missionaries and couples! Our MLC had a special meeting with Elder Herland on Friday morning.
It was a perfect week in Oslo for two days of Zone Conferences/Mission Tour. We were thrilled to have Elder Herland as our visiting authority. He is an area seventy and is from Norway. We had two wonderful meetings on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday we held a special leadership meeting for the zone leaders and sister training leaders.
We traveled to Tromsø for Mission Conference. It was a wonderful weekend with faithful members from the north.
We were so excited that we had 2 baptisms last week close enough to the mission home that we could attend. We are thrilled for Allen and Armarie and their decision to be baptized.
Norway’s Constitution Day is the 17th of May. We watched the weather forecast everyday hoping it would not rain. We had a sprinkle in the morning but the day ended cool and clear! We have had a wonderful few weeks in Norway. President Hill has been doing interviews and as always, we have loved our visits with the missionaries.
We had a wonderful Mission Leadership meeting on Friday. We are grateful for our Zone Leaders and Sister Training Leaders and their love and devotion to our mission.
