A new week…
We had another great week in Norway. The weather in Oslo has been perfect. It has been cool and sunny for 10 days. We were able to stay in Oslo this week and get caught up on things at the office. The week in pictures!
Zone conferences…..
Last week we had zone conferences throughout the mission. We traveled to Stavanger on Tuesday and attended a wonderful conference there. We returned to Oslo on Wednesday night to bid farewell to the Crabtree’s. President Hill flew to Trondheim on Thursday morning for a zone conference there and I drove to Drammen to attend theirs! Hello/Goodbye
This week we said goodbye to Elder and Sister Crabtree who have served faithfully in Tromsø for 18 months!! AND......We welcomed Elder and Sister Olsen who are settling into life above the Arctic Circle nicely! Welcome to Tromsø Norway!

Oslo to Bergen…
Last Friday we took the train from Oslo to Bergen. It was a change from the flights that we have been taking. If we did it again we would get first class tickets (they were sold out) and make sure that our seats were facing forward instead of backwards 🙂 It was a rainy day, but still relaxing and beautiful!…
Homeward bound…September
Our September group headed home last week. We love the opportunity to have them in our home and learn about their experiences in Norway. We were able to see their growth from the beginning (MTC) to the end of their two years service as missionaries.
From Provo to Oslo…

A very busy week….
We are so excited to have Elder Allman (on the right) join our mission. He is from Norway! His mission call is to the Ogden Utah Mission but he is waiting for a visa. Random week…
We stayed in Oslo this week. We were able to catch up and plan ahead. Our missionaries worked hard today (Friday) to clean up the street outside our office and Institute building. The reopening of the Institute is tonight. We appreciate the efforts by Elder Lemon who was the idea man on this service project!
Alta/Hammerfest…(the top of our mission)
Friday afternoon we flew to Alta to visit our 2 missionaries and the branch there. It was cool and beautiful! We drove 2 hours to Hammerfest on Saturday and spent Saturday night with the Andersen family. It was fun to be in a house with children again. We almost brought a few home with us!
Mission leadership council….
Friday…. We finished off the week with our MLC meeting. The zone leaders, sister training leaders and our Assistants met at the mission home. It was a beautiful day in Oslo!
